Drinking Coffee from a Mug

I don't know about you, but I love drinking my frequent caffeine dose from a heavy, ceramic mug. Nothing beats that. Some folks won't mind drinking theirs from a paper cup, but I am different. Okay, maybe I'm a bit weird. I just don't like the feel of paper cup against my lips. That's why I don't order my coffee to go. I always sit at a corner and take time to drink my steaming hot Cafe Americano or Cappuccino from the coffee shop mug. I love those coffee shop mugs!

I always take time whenever I drink coffee. I don't rush it and end up burning my tongue. In fact, I let my coffee cool down a 

little... but just a little, since it's a bit icky to drink lukewarm coffee. And if I feel like I need another one after a mug-full of goodness, I won't think twice. I'll ask for a refill. I don't believe in caffeine overdose, you see. 

Don't get me wrong, I still drink my frappes from their respective disposable plastic cups, and I don't give a hunch about drinking beer or soda from a can. But my hot coffee should be in a mug. No more, no less. Serve me coffee in a paper cup....hmmm. Maybe I'll still drink it; but man,  guess I won't enjoy it.
